Project Description
The Southampton project is contained on the lands municipally known as 205 Thames Way in the City of Hamilton. The proposed development consists of nine two (2) storey block townhouse dwellings totalling in 58 residential units. Each dwelling unit is accommodated by a garage and driveway allowing for 116 resident parking spaces. Additionally, surface parking areas on site provide 22 visitor parking spaces and 1 barrier-free parking space. The units will be accessed from a private condominium road off of Thames Way.
