Sergio Manchia, MCIP, RPP
Principal
Since inception, Mr. Manchia has developed north of 3,000 residential units and over half a million industrial square feet within 30 years through solo projects as well as partnerships. In addition, Mr. Manchia has decades of interdisciplinary experience and knowledge, to ensure the most prestigious developments in the Greater Toronto Area including projects in Hamilton, Halton, Brant County and the Niagara region. Mr. Manchia is also the principal at UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. and Whitehouse Urban Design Inc. which allows him to combine his interdisciplinary experience. He is closely linked with senior planners and engineers in coordinating all aspects of the development process and the efforts of other professionals, which include surveyors, engineers, and landscape architects. He has a solid background managing large development portfolios and is a very active member within the Hamilton community taking part in numerous volunteer projects and associations. He has professional relationships with City of Hamilton staff coordinating all aspects of the development process and the efforts of other professionals, which include surveyors, engineers, and landscape architects.
Annie Le, CPA, CA, MAcc
Director of Finance and Accounting
As the Director of Finance and Accounting at UrbanCore, Ms. Le supports the ongoing growth and success of UrbanCore as it relates to financial planning and reporting. She is responsible for managing cashflow and corporate accounting & finance. Ms. Le qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Accounting. In her spare time, Ms. Le enjoys playing basketball, cheering on the Toronto Raptors and exploring diverse cuisines.
June Ma, CPA, CGA
Controller
Ms. Ma recently joined UrbanCore as the Controller. She obtained her CPA designation in 2010 and has over 15 years of professional experience in financial accounting, real estate property management, and construction management. She has extensive experience in analysing financial reports, preparing, and maintaining construction budgeting, managing cash flow. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Application from Sichuan University, and Honors Diploma in Business Administration Accounting from Centennial College. In her spare time, Ms. Ma enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, and trying out new recipes.
Manon Wishnousky, BA (Hons.)
Accounting Analyst
Manon Wishnousky is a graduate from McMaster University, Honours Labour Studies program (1995) and has a certificate in Human Resources Management. Her career spans the not-for-profit sector promoting skilled trades and technologies to young people to the automotive industry to healthcare and finally, owning and operating her own restaurant (2018-2022). Today, she is assists the accounting team at Urban Solutions on a part time basis.
Manon enjoys the culinary arts and is proud to be the wife of a paramedic and mother to two terrific young adults.
