Project Description

The Roxborough Park Subdivision is an important community initiative partnership between the City of Hamilton and Roxborough Park Inc. Located at Hayes Avenue and Bingham Road in Hamilton’s east end, the lands are situated in an existing neighbourhood that predates the City’s monumental industrial era. This revitalization project will see 13-acres of land developed with mixed-income residences with the goal of addressing the need for more affordable housing within the City of Hamilton. Built form will include a collection of contemporary three-storey towns, multi-storey rental apartments and multi-storey condo apartments, all designed by KNYMH Architects.
