Formerly the Eatons Annex, this commercial facility was redeveloped and converted into 40 high quality residential loft units and complementary ground floor commercial space in early 2000. These well-appointed residential lofts are geared toward professional young singles, couples and empty nesters. The loft units are designed to maintain some of the unique and distinctive characteristics of a conversion building, with ceilings ranging in height from 13.7 feet to 16. 5 feet with exposed duct work and original brick, creating a spacious, industrial feel.
