UrbanCore and Spallacci & Sons Ltd are collaborating on an impending development project on Wilson Street in Ancaster. This transformative project aims to enhance the local community by introducing an impressive 8-storey mixed-use building. The building will include 169 residential units and feature 1,677 m2 of commercial space at the ground level. In addition, the project prioritizes sustainable transportation by offering 190 bicycle parking spaces and ensures ample parking convenience with 312 parking spaces. These parking spaces will be distributed among 55 commercial surface parking spaces and 257 underground parking spaces.
